Not Seacliff

Hello  all,

Been looking at weather forecast for Wednesday over last few days and it is still grim - rain all day over Edinburgh and East Lothian, heavy at midday and afternoon, with east wind at North Berwick of 23mph gusting at 35, so we will not be heading for the beach at Seacliff to eat our sandwiches !

I'll be at Fisherrow at 9.50 to meet any hardy souls who turn up and depending on weather may do a short circuit to include a cafe eg Cockenzie / Tranent  for mid morning coffee and back.

Sorry to put an er damper on the day but of course that is not to stop those who wish setting off independently on a longer venture into  East Lothian.
