Evesham Virtual Cyclefest 2020

Due to covid-19, we had to take the decision to cancel the planned 7th Evesham Cyclefest that was due to take place on July 19th 2020. We still want to support our chosen charities and of course get more bums on bikes so as an incentive to enjoy riding your bikes on the beautiful roads around the Vale of Evesham we are offering a virtual event.

Ride as many of the routes as you like before the end of September and submit your results. Entries cost £10 which includes a medal.

How it Works

Step 1 – ENTER

Enter the challenge online.

Step 2 – RIDE

Choose a route and get out on your bike and ride between now and 30th September 2020.

We have route options to suit all riders which showcase the best cycling the Vale of Evesham has to offer.

Leisure Ride – 18 miles

Frolic – 38 miles

Romp – 101km (63 miles)

Escapade – 103 miles

Step 3 – REPEAT

Repeat Step 2! You can ride as many or as few of the routes as you like. Please note: only one medal per entry.

Step 4 – RESULTS

Submit your results. We’ll send you an email with a link to claim your ride. If you kept a record of your time, you can submit this too, but that’s optional. Fill out the form once for each route you complete. There will be a list of results published on the website, but you can remain anonymous if you wish.

Step 5 – GET YOUR MEDAL!

At the end of the challenge you’ll receive your medal in the post, engraved with “Evesham Virtual Cyclefest”. Well done!

Money raised from the event will be split between these two fantastic causes.
