Club AGM
The AGM will be held at Pulford Village Hall, Pulford with the official business of the AGM starting at 12.30.
Refreshments:
Doors open and refreshments available from 11.30 so that members have a chance to meet & chat. Beans on toast (or just toast, or just beans), and cake, tea & coffee - donations toward the Cyclists' Defence Fund
Notices of motion (together with the name of proposer and seconder) to reach the secretary at least 7 days prior to the AGM.
Some Informal Groups may organise rides out to the AGM.
