Melanie started riding five years ago as a way of getting healthy, before starting Deeping Lady Riders in 2015. The group caters for all abilities with monthly rides, no matter how far or fast an individual may be able to go.
Melanie herself has graduated from gentle countryside rides to lengthy club rides and TT races.
Melanie says, “Cycling has done so much for my own health and fitness and I love the people it has introduced me to. I love to see the difference it makes to the ladies that come on my rides and their progression and riding confidence.”
