Brockmoor CCC training route

Lesley Easter is Cycling UK's Cycling Development Officer for the West Midlands.

This is an ideal training route for those returning to cycling, and is used by Brockmoor Community Cycle Club for the more competent rider who lacks confidence on road, and a hybrid or mountain bike is needed. This route takes you along the gorgeous renovated canal pathway, passing wildlife and narrow boats, until you reach the 'Olde Off License'. Here you cross the bridge and turn right by the side of the building. This then joins a quiet cul-de-sac before tackling the busier roads heading back to the Brockmoor Community Centre.
