With a Commonwealth silver medal under her belt, a Sports and Exercise Science degree, yoga teacher training and functional range conditioning qualifications as part of her knowledge, if there’s one thing Charline knows how to do, that’s get results. She knows the easiest way to do this is to surround yourself with people who support you in your fitness journey.

Her training sessions include exercises that promote strength, fat loss, stamina and mobility, and she is one of our fitness experts. Find out more about Charline on Twitter and Instagram.

Aoife Glass

Aoife has spent her career writing for the top cycling magazines, including BikeRadar, Total Women's Cycling, MBUK and Cycling Plus. She also organises and delivers the Women's Bike of the Year Awards, so although she was never a sporty child, she knows her stuff when it comes to all things cycling kit related. She only came into cycling late on and is passionate about showing how accessible it is.

With years of testing and reviewing kit she wants to break down some of the cliquishness that can exist and pass on information about genuinely great kit whilst recognising that there is only one right way: to wear what you want!

Having learnt all she needs to know about cycling confidently in traffic she now passes that knowledge on, notably as a ride leader for Muslim cycling group Cycle Sisters, motivating and inspiring women to ride.
