Calling all members and supporters to join us for an exclusive behind the scenes event as we unveil Cycling UK’s exciting new long-distance route! 

Hear from two special guest speakers, as they discuss how the new route came about, what goes into creating a route and developing the guidebook, along with how the new route fits into Cycling UK's Adventure Series:

  • Ross Adams, Cycling UK Programme Manager for Routes and Training will delve deeper into the new Adventure Series, and explore what goes into the development of a new route.
  • Max Darkins, owner of Rough Ride Guide, will lift the lid on how he develops a long-distance bike packing route, from initial concept to writing the guidebook copy.

You must sign up in advance in order to receive the Teams link to join the event. Spaces are limited so we advise that you sign up as soon as you can.

What if I am no longer able to make it after signing up?

Please cancel your place so that we can offer your space to those on the wait-list.

Can I ask a question during the event?

Yes, you can submit any questions before the event via our online form and during the event you will be able to ask questions using the Q&A function on Teams.

How much does it cost to join?

The event is completely free to join.

Do I need a Teams account to join?
