• Promotion: 10% off the price of a qualifying order made during the promotion period when the code is added at the point of checkout/purchase.
• Promotion period: 00:00 on 01/09/2025 until 23:59 on 31/11/2025.
• Qualifying order: All clothes and accessories and full-priced bikes found on the website or in one of the promotion provider’s stores (found at www.evanscycles.com/stores). Exclusions apply.
• In order to receive a code for use on the website or app during the promotion period (“online use”), you must:
  1. log into the promoter’s members’ portal;
  2. head to www.cyclinguk.org/member-benefits/evans-cycles; and
  3. click redeem in order to generate a code.
• During the promotion period, the promoter will send, to the email address linked to the members account, a barcode at the start of each month, which will be valid for that month only (“in-store use”). You must then print out the barcode or show the barcode found in your email to an in-store colleague to redeem the promotion.
• Maximum use: There is no limit to the number of times a new code may be generated for online use, subject to fair usage.
• For in-store use, you will be entitled to one barcode per month during the promotion period.
• The promotion does not apply to or if:
  1. you are not a member of Cycling UK;
  2. orders placed before or after the promotion period;
  3. staff purchases (using staff discount);
  4. orders placed in conjunction with any other promotion;
  5. pre-orders;
  6. delivery charges;
  7. gift cards; and
  8. discounted bikes or bikes on promotion.

The following general terms and conditions apply to this promotion:

1. During the promotion period, when making a purchase on the website, select the products you wish to purchase as normal and, at the point of checkout/purchase, enter the code which will apply the promotion discount to eligible products which are part of the promotion only in your basket.
2. During the promotion period, when making a purchase in-store at one of the promotion provider’s stores (found at www.evanscycles.com/stores), show your barcode to an in-store colleague in order for the promotion discount to apply to eligible products which are part of the promotion only.
3. The code and/or barcode will only apply to the order to which the code has been added or to an in-store purchase where the barcode has been scanned. Where applicable, the maximum use shall apply to the code and/or barcode.
4. There is no entry fee to use this promotion.
5. The decision made by the promoter and the promotion provider as to those persons able to use the promotion and the products that are eligible for the promotion is final.
6. No correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into.
7. By using this promotion, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. No alternative (cash or otherwise) to the promotion is available.
9. The promoter and/or promotion provider may cancel the promotion by giving notice on this webpage or on the website.
10. The promoter and promotion provider accepts no liability for cancellation of the promotion.
11. The promotor’s liability, to any participant or any other third party in relation to the promotion, is limited to £50 (unless limitations of liability are not permitted by law).
12. Any personal data collected by the promoter and/or promotion provider will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy and the promotion provider’s privacy policy.
