Portsmouth Interaction

Portsmouth Interaction are a Cycling UK Community Cycle Club. 

Portsmouth Interaction delivers a service for adults experiencing a mental health condition. We offer a range of recreational activities at a low cost.

We aim to support recovery and improved well being by using physical activity as a tool. We have sessions in various venues around the city of Portsmouth and utilise the beautiful green and blue space around us to enhance our offer. 

The scheme looks to pave the way for individuals to build new skills and gain the confidence to move back to mainstream groups.
