One Wheel Leeds - (re)Launch Event

One Wheel Leeds is back, and we've got big plans for the future. Come join us in our new venue, for the first of our weekly indoor club nights.

This event is totally FREE, and if you can't make it to this one, your first club night will also be free!

--- Free Food ---

As this one's the first and therefore super special, there'll be free pizza (veggie/vegan available), snacks, and pop.

Food will be based mostly on whoever says they're coming so do please respond if you can make it.

--- Unicycling ---

Of course there'll also be a selection of unicycles for everyone to try, some normal, some less normal, and maybe even some unusual cycles with more than one wheel! If you have your own unicycle, feel free to bring it with you to show off and ride. If you've never ridden a unicycle or heard of this group before then you're also more than welcome to attend. There will be unicycles in a range of sizes for you to give riding a go, suitable for anyone over around 3 years old!

If you're under the age of 18, please bring a responsible adult with you. We'll keep them fed while you ride.

--- How to get there ---

• By car

You want to make your way to the M1, then come off at J46 and head through Swillington on the A642, or J44 and take the A639 and Holmsley Lane to Woodlesford. If travelling on the M621 from Leeds, you come off at J7. There are a limited number of parking spaces outside the venue so you may want to plan to park on All Saints Drive instead. - By train Woodlesford is the first stop out of Leeds on the Sheffield line, or the first stop out of Castleford, towards Leeds.

• By bus

From Leeds, the Arriva No. 446 Max Leeds-Wakefield travels straight past the venue in both directions. You want the "Oulton Road" stop. From Castleton, you want the 167 or 168, getting off at the "North Lane" stop, and the 153 or 167 on the way back, from the "Oulton Road" stop.

• By train

The venue is a short walk up the hill from Woodlesford station.
