Based in Thorpe Bay on the Thames Estuary, we offer relaxed, friendly group rides designed to support mental wellbeing, confidence, and connection, all while enjoying the calming power of the outdoors.

Information about the group rides


We meet every Saturday at the beautiful Southchurch Park, with our meet point located between the café and the lake — the perfect setting to slow down, breathe deeply, and start your weekend feeling good.

Our rides are easy, inclusive, and pressure-free, lasting between one and two hours. We follow a mix of cycle paths and quiet back roads, with regular café stops for a drink, a bite to eat, and a chance to chat and unwind.

🚴 No Bike? No Worries!

Don’t have a bike? We’ve got you covered. We have two Brompton bikes available to book in advance — comfortable, easy to ride, and fully equipped, so you can simply turn up and enjoy the experience.
