Couch to 10k (or more if you want)
In 6 weeks we'll cover all the basics to cycling - how to check your bike and helmet, mounting, dismounting, balance and coordination, effective braking, cornering and how to use the gears. At the end of the course you'll be ready to ride 10 kms on the smooth, flat track. Pedalpower are qualified female coaches and ride leaders who will help you build fitness and have fun in a safe, off road setting. Our courses build confidence and skills, and provide the opportunity to socialise with other women at the start of their fitness journey.

Want to join in but don’t have a bike? We are the home of a Yorkshire Bank bike library, come along to our sessions and borrow a bike and helmet for free.
