Annual General Meeting

Your opportunity to hear what has been happening in the last 12 months, and to choose your committee for the next 12 months. Please submit any proposals or nominations to the secretary at least two weeks prior to the meeting to ensure that they appear on the agenda.

There will be a free buffet lunch provided at 12 noon, prior to the meeting.

If you ride to and/or from the meeting, please enter the Dart event (see separate event details) if your total distance is at least 50km (31 miles). This will count as a qualifying event for the awards scheme.
