Club AGM
The AGM will be held at Pulford Village Hall, Pulford with the official business of the AGM starting at 12.30.
Doors open and refreshments available from 11.30 so that members have a chance to meet & chat. Beans on toast (or just toast, or just beans), pudding and/or cake, tea & coffee.
Notices of motion ( together with the name of proposer and seconder) to reach the secretary at least 7 days prior to the AGM.
Some Informal Groups may organise rides out to the AGM.
Please bring your membership card (affiliate members may attend the AGM but not vote)
There will also be an option to attend the meeting via Zoom ( technology willing). To attend via Zoom please email the secretary before 12noon on Saturday 22nd of April with your name & Cycling UK number so that you can be sent the meeting link & code. Thank you
If any subscribers to the Club magazine are attending it may be possible to pick up a copy of The Link at the AGM to save postage.
