Joscelyne's cycling journey began when she decided to join group rides with Birmingham-based Sara Park Community Cycle Club, led by her husband.

In 2018 she become a ride leader herself after noticing the lack of female representation in the role. Joscelyne is now also the club secretary and event organiser.

"I decided to become a ride leader after noticing there was a need for more women to take on the role... I find leading rides, supporting children and adults learn to ride, and running cycle skills sessions very rewarding. Cycling helps me to maintain my wellbeing."
