Carla uses social media to advocate for better cycle infrastructure across London. She tweets almost daily about her adventures by bike and the people she meets.

From videos about women learn to ride sessions to female cycling fashion (anything you want to wear works!), Carla aims to break down the barriers that prevent women from pedalling. 

“I talk a lot about how we need to improve infrastructure. Only 1 in 4 of the cyclists in London are women, and I'd love more to feel safe to ride. If we make it safer, I'm sure they will. It's a great way to nip about!”
