"I got in to riding properly around 2001 in North Wales with Bob and we started off with 26" jump bikes flying around Llandegla and Delamere Forests. I started to get in to coaching for Oneplanet Adventure and I really enjoyed being involved and seeing people become more confident on their bikes I also found that coaching really 'clicked' with me.

"I raced Downhill, got to the Mega Avalanche four times and raced in the UK and European Gravity Enduro series in the early days and even got to step on the podiums a couple of times too!

"I set up Campbell Coaching as a specialises MTB coaching provider a few years later and really enjoyed helping people to progress their confidence and skills and this is still the focus of the work I do.

"When not on a bike I am a keen advocate for responsible trail developments and use, and I am a passionate trail builder and am often on the 'tools' having been involved with several projects and build several coaching venues for myself. I am also a volunteer supervisor and Director of the Afan Trail Volunteers and provide trail management courses via the Association of Trail Builders (ATB) to both public, private and third sector organisations across Wales and the UK.

"Along with Jessica Strange and Emma Hawkins I am organising the Sisters of Send Festival in South Wales, this women's focused cycling festival will be held in Afan Forest Park in May 2022. The two-day event is packed full of stoke with events and activities designed to encourage and inspire sisterhood in mountain biking.

"Apart from all that just getting out on the bikes as family with Bob and our six-year-old son (Fin) fires me up for life and fuels my passion."
