Our members are the foundation of our organisation. Today, we represent a vibrant, highly engaged community of 70,000 members and a grassroots network of nearly 1,000 local groups. We pride ourselves on fostering strong, lasting relationships, with members staying with us for over a decade on average.
The appointed supplier will play a critical, frontline role in delivering Cycling UK’s member experience and commercial performance. We are seeking a reliable, scalable, and forward-looking fulfilment partner capable of not only managing our current baseline requirements but also scaling alongside our commercial ambitions and digital membership experience as a priority over the coming years.

Contract Duration: 2 years.
Submission Deadline: 25 March.
Clarification questions deadline 18 March: We welcome any clarification questions that there might be. A full list of Q&As will be distributed to all bidders who have expressed interest once the deadline for submitting questions has passed. All clarification questions will be anonymised.
