Meryl Oliver 1951 - 2021

Meryl Oliver, beloved wife of Cycling UK member, Peter Oliver, sadly passed away on 30 May 2021.
She started cycling with Peter in her late 30’s and was a member of Doncaster CTC acting as Treasurer and then Club Secretary for a number of years.
She enjoyed touring at home and abroad and then cycle-camping for many happy years. She loved organising an annual holiday for the members of our club over the last 20 years and leading the rides in those areas we visited.
Meryl and Peter met and made many lasting friendships at York Rally, Birthday Rides and in Mallorca and Spain in the Denia area.
A fundraiser in Meryl's memory has been set up for those who wish to donate.
