• Promotion: 25% off the price of a qualifying order made during the promotion period when the barcode is scanned at the point of purchase in-store.
• Promotion period: 00:00 on 01/06/2025 until 23:59 on 31/08/2025.
• Qualifying order: The ‘Ride Ready’ and ‘Strip Down’ service plans details of which can be found here in one of the promotion provider’s stores (found at www.evanscycles.com/stores). Exclusions apply.
• Barcode: during the promotion period, the promoter will upload a new barcode to this page that members can view when logged in, at the start of each month, which will be valid for that month only. You must then print out the barcode or show the barcode on your phone to an in-store colleague to redeem the promotion.
• Maximum use: the barcode may be used a maximum of 1 times during the promotion period.
• The promotion does not apply to or if:
• you are not a member of Cycling UK;
  1. staff purchases (using staff discount);
  2. bike repairs, accessory fitting and/or puncture repairs;
  3. cost of spare parts and repairs outside of the service offering listed at www.evanscycles.com/book-a-service. The Promotion Provider will advise of the associated costs for such components or replacement parts which will need to be paid for; and
  4. modified electric bikes.

• Promotion provider: Evans Cycles Limited whose registered office is at Unit A, Brook Park East, Shirebrook, NG20 8RY.

The following general terms and conditions apply to this promotion:

1. During the promotion period, Cycling UK member are entitled to 25% off the price of a qualifying order at one of the promotion provider’s stores (found at www.evanscycles.com/stores), show your barcode to an in-store colleague in order for the promotion discount to apply to eligible service plans which are part of the promotion only.
2. The barcode will only apply where the barcode has been scanned in-store at the point of payment for the service. Where applicable, the maximum use shall apply to the barcode.
3. There is no entry fee to use this promotion.
4. The decision made by the promoter and the promotion provider as to those persons able to use the promotion and the products that are eligible for the promotion is final.
5. No correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into.
6. By using this promotion, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7. No alternative (cash or otherwise) to the promotion is available.
8. The promoter and/or promotion provider may cancel the promotion by giving notice on this webpage.
9. The promoter and promotion provider accept no liability for cancellation of the promotion.
10. The promotor’s liability, to any participant or any other third party in relation to the promotion, is limited to £50 (unless limitations of liability are not permitted by law).
11. Any personal data collected by the promoter and/or promotion provider will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy and the promotion provider’s privacy policy.
