The Cycling UK AGM is members’ chance to find out all about what the charity has been up to, our plans for the future and to vote in some important resolutions

Voting is now open for the 2024 Cycling UK AGM

The 2024 Cycling UK AGM will take place on Friday 27 September 2024 at 11am and will run as a virtual meeting.

The 2024 AGM ballot paper provides full details of the meeting agenda and the proposed resolutions. The ballot paper will arrive by post with your August/September issue of Cycle magazine and will be posted separately to those members who have opted out of receiving the magazine.

The ballot paper is accompanied by a booklet containing some additional information, which we’re legally required to provide you with in hard copy alongside the agenda. This can also be found in the downloads section below, along with a marked-up version of all of the changes proposed to the Articles of Association. This has been colour coded to reflect the changes arising from each of special resolutions 5 (green), 6 (blue) and 7 (red).

All proposed motions were considered by committee following the motion review process and there were no motions ruled out of order.

To vote online go to www.cesvotes.com/CyclingUK2024 and follow the instructions. You will need to enter your unique two-part security code, which is provided on your ballot paper. Members can also vote by post or proxy, with full details outlined on the ballot paper.

The deadline for electronic and postal votes is 9.00am on Tuesday 24 September 2024. Online voting will be reopened for attendees during the meeting on 27 September.
