The World Cycling Revival Festival
The World Cycling Revival Festival is a brilliant 3-day festival taking place at the historic Herne Hill Velodrome and the Griffin Sports Ground. In celebration of the venue hosting the 1948 Olympics 70 years ago, there will be a 1940’s feel to the whole event and you are encouraged to come in your favourite vintage costume.
A comprehensive range of world-class cycling, exhibitions and interviews hosted by ITV's Tour de France commentator Ned Boulting will keep you busy all day. Add to that some great music, food and drink, the chance to spot world-class athletes such as Ed Clancy, Graeme Obree, Azizul Awang and Francois Pervis and ride a vintage Penny Farthing in the beautiful June weather, and you have one of the most irresistible events in cycling.
Full event details can be found on the Cycling Revival website.
