Balance Health and Fitness
Balance Health and Fitness run social cycling days out and weekends in the beautiful British countryside. Most events are based in and around Bristol and the southwest but we do go further afield every so often too. We pride ourselves on offering small, high quality events where the social aspect is equally as important as the riding. We always have support riders to help you along the way and schedule stops at great cafes, tearooms and pubs, and on multi-day rides there's always a social event in the evening with some good food and drink on offer.

We've never really tried to classify our events. They're certainly not races; we just call them 'balanced days out' as we like to challenge you with some good hills along the way but we do try to offer easier and harder options where possible and will always have a team of support riders plus a vehicle or two on hand to motivate, guide, feed and look after you. Many of our rides are linked to charity causes so we can use them to help do some good in the world. Routes are available as GPX files so you can ride them at your own pace; we just suggest you don't rush as why would you want to in such beautiful scenery!
Our next rides are three days of cycling through amazing scenery in central Wales and the borders, taking in the Elan Valley, Snowdonia and the Shropshire Hills from Friday 29th June - Sunday 1st July. You can join us for one, two or all three days and challenge yourself while also meeting some great folk to share the adventure with.
