Director of Organisational Effectiveness and Finance

Cycling UK, the national cycling charity, is on a mission to inspire a million more people onto their bikes. We have an exciting new opportunity for an exceptional Director of Organisational Effectiveness and Finance to join our leadership team.

You will lead specialist teams across Finance, HR, IT, Governance and Facilities with the transformation of our ambitious five-year strategy.

As a qualified accountant, you will have significant experience of working as part of a senior leadership team, regularly leading projects and engaging with staff groups across an organisation at all levels. As an analytical, strategic thinker, you will have strong experience of developing, delivering, and evaluating cross-organisational and departmental strategies and leading the organisational business planning processes.

Head of HR

Cycling UK, the national cycling charity, is on a mission to inspire a million more people onto their bikes. We have an exciting new opportunity for an exceptional Head of HR to join Cycling UK.

You will lead the development, implementation and delivery of the overall People and Engagement strategy in support of Cycling UK’s five-year strategy and business planning process. The role will have both a strategic and an operational focus ensuring services delivered by the HR team runs smoothly on a day to day basis. This includes providing support and expert advice on all HR matters including (but not exclusively), employee relations, recruitment, diversity, wellbeing, learning and development and reward in line with Cycling UK’s values.

Cycling Development Officer (West Midlands)

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Contract: 1 Year Fixed Term Contract / Full Time (37.5hrs)

Cycling UK is the national cycling charity delivering national behaviour change programmes to increase cycling participation levels in non-cycling communities across the country. The Behaviour Change and Development Team run these projects engaging with thousands of people every year and are looking to extend the team in an exciting period of growth.

We are looking for a new Cycling Development Officers to develop the Big Bike Revival and Community Cycle Clubs in Coventry and Solihull. The role holder will have experience of community based projects, engaging with wide groups of people, and will possess exceptional relationship building and communication skills.

You will work within a team of development officers based across England and will be required to travel across the designated area and nationally for team meetings on occasion.
