Peloton Wheels is a wellbeing initiative for women. We come together for social cycles, follow-on chats and occasional workshops as part of a supportive group - it's all about connecting, building confidence - both on and off the bike - and improving our wellbeing. The emphasis is very much on the social aspect of cycling - whatever your experience or ability - and making sure everyone feels welcome and included.
All of the sessions are organised and facilitated by Jane Milne, a Wellbeing Coach who is particularly passionate about improving women's general wellbeing by helping them feel less disconnected. The ethos of the Peloton Wheels rides and sessions is to 'be' together - we all look out for each other and nobody is ever left behind or left out while we're on our bikes or while we're in conversation in the café later.
By joining our sessions you are committing to being in a respectful and supportive group - and improving your wellbeing in the process!
