These are the start points that are referrenced in the group rides lists.

Humber Doucy Lane (TM 194 461)

Car park of Rushmere Village Hall in Humber Doucy Lane N.W of the junction with Rushmere Road.

PLEASE NOTE that you may not park in this car park and it may be locked before you return. It is suggested that you park considerately in Rushmere Road(towards Ipswich).

Bourne Bridge (TM 161 419)

The old bridge is located at the southernmost point of Ipswich between Bourne Park and the River Orwell. It is suggested that you park considerately in Bourne Hill due south of the meeting point.

Bramford Scout Hall Car Park (TM 126 463)

Bramford Guide and Scout HQ is on the south side of Ship Lane just past the church entering Bramford from Ipswich on the B1067. We have permission to park here until 16:00.

Copdock Lay By, Copdock (TM 115 414)

Lay By or service road on the old A12 dual carriageway at the top of the hill at the junction to Chattisham. Parking available nearby in Washbrook, on the truncated road leading up the hill to the school (keep left at the Brook Inn).

Russell Close, Woodbridge (TM 261 498)

Cul-de-Sac on the West side of the cycle crossing of the A12 Woodbridge by-pass.

There is space for a few cars to park on the kerbside, or park in Woodbridge and cycle up the hill.

Car Park, Melton Road, Melton (TM 279 501)

Free car park on the left when going North-East along Melton Road from Woodbridge to Melton.

St. Margarets Green, Ipswich Centre (TM 166 448)

Free parking in Westerfield Road on East side of Christchurch Park.
