East Yorks CTC AGM 21st May 2023

Hi!

I hope this finds you in good health and managing to get out and enjoy the variable weather!

Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 21st May 12.30pm

At Springhead Golf Club

Willerby Road

Hull HU6 5JE

There will be a short ride for those that want starting from the Golf Club at 10am.

A buffet lunch is provided for attendees (who says bribery doesn't encourage participation??!!) followed by the formal parts of the meeting.

An agenda, secretary's report and minutes from last year's AGM are attached.

You will see from the report that we still lack a Chair, and at least one other committee member  so if you might be interested  please get in touch or come the the meeting.
