Our programme of club rides for February has nothing over 30 miles in length.
Even though the days are getting longer, the prevailing weather at this time of year can best be described as "challenging" for Ayrshire cyclists.
Hopefully, even if the weather is poor, you can find the time to squeeze in a couple of hours for one of our Non-stop 20 rides.
With another DIY ride in the programme, you can make that day's outing as long or as short as your heart desires.

Worth checking occasionally as it may contain details of new rides added between our monthly CUK email reminders or, details of any changes/cancellations to rides.
Saturday February 4th. - 15 miles.
Cathy L. heads out of Gailes Hotel car park in the direction of Drybridge, Springside, Busbiehill and Dreghorn before returning to Gailes.
Lunch stop in GG's at Gailes Hotel at the end of the ride.
So, if you cannot manage 15 miles without some sustenance, bring snacks to eat on-the-go!

Sunday February 5th. - 20 miles.
Clive S. has a route in mind which visits Monkton, Symington, Bogend, Kilmarnock and Corraith along the way.
Approx. 800ft of ascent during the ride.

Sunday February 12th. - Your choice of miles.
Designated meeting point is the Cumnock Factory Outlet cafe, Cumnock.
Usual DIY ride rules apply.

Just be there between 11.00am and midday to meet up with like minded CUK members.
No registration required for DIY events.
Saturday February 18th. - 20 miles.
Eunice leads us on a SATURDAY Non-stop 20 miler.
No tea/coffee stops during the ride.
The aim is to complete the ride in 2 hours so the pace is not much faster than one of our Easy Going rides, you just don't stop for coffee along the way.
There is an optional coffee/lunch at the end of the ride in the Burns Birthplace Museum cafe or, just head straight home for a short day!
Route will include Dalrymple, Crosshill, Maybole and Culroy.

Sunday February 26th. - 23 miles.
A Barassie - Tarbolton circular route with David S. leading the way.
The ride will take in Monkton, Tarbolton, Dundonald and Drybridge, not necessarily in that order...
Lunch stop will be at Hayes Garden Centre.
