09.30 am start from the Meridian Leisure Centre, Louth for a ride to the School House Coffee Bar, Horncastle for refreshments and onto Woodhall Spa via the Spa Trail for lunch (option of various venues). An afternoon refreshment stop will be taken at the Sebastopol Inn, Minting.
