Can't get any simpler or easier than this for a first ride!
So meet at the Plough on a rant road before taking to the RCN93 traffic free Riverside cycle path into town! 2 miles of beautiful scenery that takes you from the south suburbs to the heart of the city!
A great way to learn how to ride your bike to the shops and coffee places :)
