The final Space for Cycling regional workshop will be in London to cater for campaigners in South East!

We will be at Southwark Council (160 Tooley Street) from 10:00-16:30. 

The aim of the event is to engage with local campaign groups, council members and the wider public in the South East, to share expertise and ideas and to get stuck into this phase of the Space for Cycling campaign. 

The day will consist of a series of workshops focusing on different aspects of Space for Cycling and campaigning. Below is the day's agenda:

10:00-10:30 Registration/Networking
10:30-11:00 Opening plenary - what is Space for Cycling?
11:00-13:00 Making a 'Tube map' network - using PCT and Google Drawing 
  Forming/running a campaign group / Intro to toolkit - PCT/Cyclescape/CEAT
13:00-13:50 Lunch
13:50-14:50 Cyclescape - what is it and how can I use it?
  National political context and working with your local authority - how did Southwark do it? With the Cabinet member for Transport.
14:50-15:50 What's wrong with my streets?! Infrastructure 'safari' with the Cycle Environment Assessment Tool
  Tips from South East campaigners
  Getting your voice heard - Marketing/PR Strategy
15:50-16:00 Tea break
16:00-16:30 End plenary w/ Ruth Cadbury MP (Co-Chair of the All Party Parliamentary Cycling Group) - Let's make Space for Cycling!

NB Laptops will be useful for the 'tube map' and Cyclescape sessions. Bikes are needed for the 'infrastructure safari' session.
