South Ormsby and the Wolds
This is a Cycling UK Louth activity held under Cycling UK guidance and insurance.
This is a 26 mile social ride. It will be led by an experienced Cycling UK Louth 'Ride Leader' and the pace will be adjusted to that of the slowest rider.
Group size is currently limited to 6, although it is hoped this can be increased to 12 given the availability of an additional 'Ride Leader'.
To book your place, contact: email@example.com or telephone 01507 600084
The route takes the riders through Little Cawthorpe and Muckton to South Ormsby where it is hoped to be able to purchase refreshments from The Old School Tea & Coffee Shop. Climbing steadily along the historic Bluestone Heath Road, there should be splendid views right across the Lincolnshire Wolds. We return to Louth via Hallington (mainly downhill!).
Your cycle should be in a safe, legal and rideable condition. It's advisable to take some tyre levers, puncture repair kit /spare inner tube and (mini)-pump. It might be handy to have some spare cash and a card too.
