Off Road Ride - Olympic Park and Royal Docks

Train: Olympic Park and Royal Docks Meet by ticket office at Stevenage train station; buy an Off-peak Return ticket to Finsbury Park.

Catch 10:06 train from Stevenage to Finsbury Park; 19 minutes journey time.

26 miles, 970ft climbing, 90% paved

A mixture of cyclepaths, quiet residential streets, bridleways and towpaths.

The route is ideal for gravel bikes, touring bikes and mountain bikes. There will be no mud. 

Through Leyton and Hackney Marshes to Olympic Park MTB Trail, Greenway, Royal Docks, River Lee, Clissold Park. Train back from Finsbury Park to Stevenage.

Approximately 3 to 3.5 hours riding time, plus refreshments time.

Refreshment options at View Tube cafe, River Lee towpath and Clissold Hall.

Maximum 8 total riders.
