Great Selby Bike Ride 22nd May 2022

The Great Selby Bike Ride (GSBR) is a sponsored cycle event raising funds for four chosen charities - Martin House, St Leonard's Hospice, the British Heart Foundation and Macmillan Cancer Care. Centred on Barlby High School the GSBR comprises two circular routes of 25 miles and 45 miles which appeal respectively to families and to club cyclists. The school offers extensive parking for riders who have travelled a distance to take part and provides mobile catering before the ride and a refreshing ice cream from Livvys of Sherburn from lunchtime plus the opportunity to browse Wilco Autosave's display stand.

The two rides are signposted and marshalled and commence at 10:00am (registration from 9:00am). Online entries can be made before the event or on the day. In the latter case payment is by contactless debit/credit card.

Donations can be made via our Justgiving account and have the added advantage that we can claim GiftAid worth a net 20% extra.
