Recyke-a-bike is a Fallin Community Enterprises initiative, which has been around since 2006. Recyke-a-bike began as a small recycling social enterprise that quickly grew into a job club using the bike recycling as work experience and has grown to include training services and cycling outreach work, in addition to bike recycling and sales.

About the centre

Recyke-a-bike's aims are to help people, the local community and environment by:

  • supporting people into employment
  • helping more people to choose cycling for low carbon transport, better health and fun
  • stopping bikes ending up in landfill

Put simply, the organisation really wants to get more people into work and more bikes into the community.
