New Forest Park Authority offer inclusive cycling sessions and opportunities for children and adults with disabilities and other challenges. The New Forest is a popular holiday destination and place to go cycling. As such the park has compiled some useful advise for cycling within the area, like their cycling code, an extensive list of places to hire bikes, what its like to cycle in the New Forest, and many cycle route maps to download.

Activities available at the centre 
  • Inclusive sessions take place within the New Forest Park on level and natural well-surfaced pathways. 
  • Cycling takes place at Blackwater, Beaulieu Heath (on the B3054 between Beaulieu and Lymington) and Standing Hat (north east of Brockenhurst). Consult their cycle route map for directions.  
  • Adults and children are welcome.
  • Sessions are organised around groups.
  • They are tailored to suit the groups needs and requirements, and can last for about 2 hours.
  • Family members and carers are strongly recommended to join in the fun.
  • Specially trained members of the New Forest Park Authority's team, run all the sessions.
  • Their incluisve cycling team have experience of working with young people and adults with a range of disabilities and conditions, and have expert knowledge in session delivery.
