With thanks to our partners, we have loads of prizes and offers for those who participate in Bike Week and the World's Biggest Bike Ride

Everyone who registers a ride on the Cycling UK website can be entered into the prize draw with a chance of winning one of our exciting prizes. 

When you log your ride, you will be asked which prizes you wish to be entered for. We will randomly pick the winners from all the participants who opt in to the prize draw, where they fulfil the entry requirements for the prize. Full terms and conditions are below. 

Prizes

2 x £100 Rapha vouchers

Rapha are providing two £100 vouchers for a prize draw for all participants who log a ride as part of the #7daysofcycling.

The vouchers are only redeemable on rapha.cc. To be in with a chance of winning, log your ride online and opt in to the prize draw.

Apollo Switch 20” Junior Hybrid Bike

Halfords are providing the Apollo Switch junior bike for a prize draw for all participants who log a ride as part of the #7daysofcycling.

Muc-Off Bicycle Pressure Washer Bundle 

Muc-Off are providing a pressure washer bundle for a prize draw for all participants who log a ride as part of the #7daysofcycling.

To be in with a chance of winning, post a picture on social media using the #7DaysofCycling hashtag, log your ride online and opt in to the prize draw. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries.

Beryl are providing one Pixel light for a prize draw for all participants who log a ride as part of the #7daysofcycling.

Free first month with the Bike Club

When choosing a Forme or Squish pedal bike or a Strider balance bike, the first month is completely free. Only available while stocks last.

Free coffee or hot drink from Rapha

Rapha is offering everyone taking part in the ride a free coffee or hot drink at their Rapha Clubhouses in London and Manchester. Simply tell the cafe staff that you're doing Cycling UK's World’s Biggest Bike Ride and show evidence of your ride by showing your bike computer or phone.

Visit rapha.cc/clubs for more information. This offer is applicable during opening hours on Sunday only and limited to one hot drink per customer.

Free Komoot Region Bundle worth £8.99

Kommot are offering all World's Biggest Bike Ride participants a free region bundle worth £8.99. To receive your voucher, either pledge to participate or log your ride to receive a unique discount code that can be used online

Terms and conditions

  1. The promoter is: Cycling UK (company no. 25185) whose registered office is at Parklands, Railton Road, Guildford, Surrey GU2 9JX. 
  2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Cycling UK and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. 
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. 
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  5. Entry for the competition and details of how to win specific prizes can be found on the Cycling UK website. You must submit your details through the log your ride and prize draw entry form as well as meet the specific criteria for each prize draw. 
  6. Terms and conditions of the offers provided by third party partners are as stated under each offer. Cycling UK has no responsibility for any amendments made to these by the partner. 
  7. The competition prizes requiring a ride to be logged on the “log your ride” form on the Cycling UK website will be open to submissions from 30 May to 9 June. 
  8. Closing date for entry will be Wednesday 9 June. After this date no further entries to the competition for that month will be permitted, although you may still be able to submit your details on the log-your-ride form on the Cycling UK website. 
  9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. 
  10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, pandemic or epidemic, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. 
  11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 
  12. The prize will be revealed via social media and Cycling UK’s weekly newsletter Cycle Clips after the draw has taken place. 
  13. The prize will be stated via the Bike Week prizes webpage and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The prizes and offers are being supplied by third-party partners and Cycling UK has no responsibility for the products and services available.
  14. The prizes draw will be randomly drawn from all competition entries that meet the required criteria of entry.
  15. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 
  16. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered. You contact details may need to be passed to the partner in order to fulfil the prize delivery.
  17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  18. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 
  20. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 
  21. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by writing to the following address: Parklands, Railton Road, Guildford, Surrey GU2 9JX. 
  22. You retain copyright in any entries you submit to the competition. Your entry must not infringe any third party intellectual property rights.   
  23. By entering the competition, you grant the promoter a non-exclusive royalty free, worldwide and perpetual licence to use your entry and publish it on the promoter’s website and social media channels in connection with this competition only. In the event that yours is the winning entry, you further grant to the promoter and the prize provider a royalty free worldwide and perpetual licence to publish the entry on the promoter’s and the prize provider’s websites and in their social media channels and otherwise use the material in connection with their businesses.  
  24. The promoter and prize providers disclaim all liability for any loss or damage to persons or property (whether direct or indirect) incurred by any person in connection with the making and submission of entries in connection with this competition or any prize, to the maximum extent permissible by law. 
  25. The promoter reserve the absolute right to disqualify any entries and/or withdraw a prize from a winning entrant if, in its opinion, there is a potential breach of these competition terms and conditions.
