Judith Worrall is part of Cycling UK's 100 Women in Cycling 2018 list for co-founding the hugely popular Yorkshire Lass Cycling Club for women

Judith Worrall is involved with recreational cycling, club cycling and charity bike rides, having first got into cycling six years ago. Along with her friend Kate Horsfell, who is also on this year's 100 Women in Cycling list, Judith set up Yorkshire Lass Cycling Club in 2015, with the aim of giving women an opportunity to come together and have fun on bikes. Today the club has more than 120 members, and has held two ladies-only sportives, raising more than £42,000 for charity. They are looking forward to their next one in August.

Judith has also personally raised more than £12,000 for Women V Cancer, through her commitment to charity bike rides as far afield as India, Cuba, Tanzania, Vietnam and Cambodia, and Brazil!

Judith loves cycling because of "the feeling of freedom it gives you, how it releases endorphins, and meeting different people".
