Salary:            £35,820 - £39,800 per annum

Contract:        Full Time (37.5 hours per week), Fixed term contract up to 4 months / Immediate start 

Cycling UK, the national cycling charity, is on a mission to inspire a million more people onto their bikes. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to join the Income Generation team at Cycling UK.

Workplaces and employers are a key strategic market and audience for our range of commercial products and services. Cycling UK is the licence holder for the EU Cycle Friendly Employer certification scheme in the UK which recognises and rewards businesses that make their workplace cycle friendly for staff and customers, through communications, incentives, direct financial support, cycle parking and wider infrastructure. 

As the project manager, you will lead the delivery, scheme maintenance and sales development for CFE along with our other employer products/propositions. The role is responsible for managing all internal and external contacts/enquires relating to workplace and employer interest in commercial propositions. Whilst the role is primarily business development it will also manage the delivery of audits and reports, either virtual or in-person, required to achieve accreditation and guide organisations through self-assessment.

Experience, at a similar level, working in sales, communications/marketing, and behaviour change programmes in the charity or commercial sector is essential. You will have excellent communication, motivational, and relationship-building skills with a high standard of literacy and numeracy, an excellent eye for detail, and practical experience of Microsoft applications. Experience of Asana Project Management platform would be desirable.
