Senior project officer - England

Location: Home based with regular travel to delivery locations 

Salary: £29,880 - £33,200 per annum 

Contract: Full time / Fixed term contract until March 2023 (3- 4 further years if project successful)

We are looking for a highly self-motivated, driven, and creative individual to join our innovative and engaging organisation. Seize this opportunity to support the project management and delivery of the Big Bike Revival and Big Bike Revival for workplaces across England, initiatives which are integral to helping us achieve our goal of getting millions more people cycling.

The successful applicant will line manage a team of development officers whilst carefully overseeing progress against targets to ensure key projects are meeting objectives to increase cycling participation within underrepresented groups. Experience in project planning, delivery, management, and tracking is essential.

Cycling UK is the national cycling charity delivering community-based behaviour change programmes to increase cycling participation levels in traditionally hard-to-reach groups across the country. As part of our Behaviour Change and Development Team, you will be helping run these projects and engaging to help more people cycle, more often.
