Senior partnerships officer

Location: Home-based with regular travel across the UK to Guildford Office expected

Salary: £29,880 - £33,200per annum

Contract: Full-time, fixed term until March 2023, with potential to extend subject to funding

As the UK’s cycling charity, we inspire more people to ride, making our streets safer for cyclists and opening up traffic-free routes to reach our vision of millions more people cycling across the UK.

Cycling UK’s extensive experience of engaging with people from all walks of life means we recognise the barriers, challenges and perceptions that can deter people from trying cycling. We have just embarked on an innovative new programme for people who might not normally consider riding a bike, Cycling Made E-asy and we’re looking for a senior partnerships officer to join our brilliant team.

This exciting opportunity is integral to the success of the programme. You will be supporting management of the commercial arrangements and contracts for the 13 consortia partners, and ensuring the delivery of the contractual agreements and objectives of the programme.

Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on partner performance against agreed deliverables and regularly communicating these to all relevant parties will be an important aspect of this role. Strong relationship building skills are also a must, as this role will act as the first point of contact for the key external consortia partners and both internal and external stakeholders.
