Membership and supporter care officer

Location: Working flexibly with an expectation of regular travel to head office, located in Guildford 

Salary: £26,520 per annum

Contract: Full-time (37.5hrs p/w)

At Cycling UK we want people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to be able to cycle safely, easily and enjoyably. We’re on a mission to get a million more people cycling and we need your help to deliver our vision of a better world by bike. 

The successful candidate will have experience of working within a lively and energetic customer care or sales environment, strive for high levels of customer satisfaction and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.  

You will be first point of contact for all membership queries ensuring our phone lines and inboxes are manned by a friendly and responsive service. 

There is also scope to be part of our wider projects focusing on membership acquisition, promotions and fundraising so experience within marketing and sales would be desirable. This is a very exciting time to join the membership team as we embark on the implementation of our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 database.
