Groups Development Manager

Cycling UK, the national cycling charity, is on a mission to inspire a million more people onto their bikes. We have an exciting new opportunity to join the Cycling UK Volunteering team as the Groups Development Manager. This role is an integral cog to support our groups provision and help us reach our organisational goals of enabling a million more people to cycle.
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic Development Manager to formulate, develop and roll out a group’s strategy and support package. We currently have over 1000 groups and an ambitious target to increase this to 1500 by 2023. This post will lead on achieving this target, whilst ensuring a wide range of group activities take place across the UK.
You will also have direct responsibility for a Groups Engagement Officer who is the main groups delivery support.
