As the UK’s cycling charity, we inspire more people to ride, making our streets safer for cyclists and opening up traffic-free routes to reach our vision of millions more people cycling across the UK.
Cycling UK’s extensive experience of engaging with people from all walks of life means we recognise the barriers, challenges and perceptions that can deter people from trying cycling. We have just embarked on an innovative new programme for people who might not normally consider riding a bike, Cycling Made E-asy and we’re looking for a contract and partnership manager to join our brilliant team.
Cycling made e-asy is reliant on the successful collaboration between Cycling UK and 13 consortia partners. The successful candidate will be a strong relationship builder with high levels of initiative, able to manage contracts to ensure that contractual agreements are delivered on this innovative programme.
The role holder will be responsible for ensuring effective management of all contractual relationships, ensuring regular communications and opportunities for supplier management and engagement are in place, including the identification and mitigation of any risk to the partners performance. Therefore, an ability to manage complex commercial arrangements and processes with multiple stakeholders is essential. Promoting best practice and efficiency through collaborative procurement will be a key of objective within this role too.
