Cycling UK's Women's Festival of Cycling

Throughout July 2017, Cycling UK celebrated women who cycle and helped those who need extra encouragement to take up and continue cycling. Whether ten miles or 100, on and off-road, the Women's Festival of Cycling has something for everyone.

There are lots of inspiring women who enjoy cycling, and many groups and individuals who encourage women with female-friendly or women-only rides. The Women's Festival of Cycling in July 2017 aimed to bring together and inspire more women to discover the thrill of riding bikes for themselves - whatever their age, fitness or ability. It was a great success, with over 50 organisers putting on more than 70 events and rides.
