Cycling UK in Scotland

It has been busy and exciting few months at Bike Clubs in Glasgow, Bryan Jardine and the team have been training new Peer Mentors and Cycle Trainer Assistants.

A documentary about the Highlands, Glens and Western Isles Audax will be broadcast on Tuesday 9 December on BBC 2 Scotland at 7pm. It features CTC members and volunteers who ride the tough route every year.

Bryan Jardine, the Bike Club Officer in Glasgow is busy training young people to become Peer Mentors and pass on their passion for cycling.

Suzanne Forup, CTC’s Assistant Head of Development in Scotland wants you to make a phone call on 24 November. It could help change the lives of people with disabilities across Scotland.

Play on Pedals has received support from two of Scotland's cycling heroes - triple Paralympic Gold medal winner Aileen McGlynn OBE, who recently scooped two silver medals at the Commonwealth Games, and James McCallum, who won bronze in Melbourne in 2006.
