Marketing materials

Logos and branding

We are very proud of our new branding as Cycling UK.  All our Member Groups and Affiliate Groups are welcome to use our new logos to customise their websites, social media and kit to help spread the word about our new identity.  All we ask is that you respect our brand guidelines and do not alter or stretch the logo in anyway. Note that Welsh bilingual logos are available on request.

The brand guidelines also set out which fonts to use: Karla Regular, which can be downloaded free from Google, and ITC Franklin Gothic BT Book, which is available in Word. (Note The FF Cocon Pro bold font specified in the guidelines is not currently available.)

Posters, postcards, business cards

Find below an editable PDF poster you can download and customise with your own group's details: this could be displayed in local tea rooms, coffee shops or bike shops to let everyone know about any events or rides you've got planned. It contains an editable box at the bottom, in which you can use to insert your own wording and then print off your own printer or locally in colour. Just save the poster first, then edit to suit your own group by clicking in the box and typing in your own wording. It is A3 size, but can be printed at A3 or A4 just as well.

We can also supply a range of other merchandising materials such as:

  • group riding postcards, which outline all the benefits of Cycling UK membership and have a box for your own group's details.
  • group cycling business cards, which are easy to carry with you on a ride and are blank on the reverse, again so you can put your own details on them.

Banners, T-shirts and leaflet holders

We also have:

  • a Cycling UK branded banner for use at events
  • Cycling UK branded navy T-shirts in a range of different sizes: S, M, L, XL, XXL
  • postcard and leaflet holders - non-branded

To order any of the above merchandise, please complete and send to us a Marketing Materials Order form (below).

Returnable items such as a teardrop banner and a tablecloth may also be requested. We also have supplies of old Cycle magazines to use on a stall or stand.

Paid-for advertising

As a charity ourselves, Cycling UK is unfortunately not able to promote non-Cycling UK events or rides for free. However, we can help you to reach our 65,000+ members and supporters with reasonably priced adverts in Cycle magazine, CycleClips weekly e-newsletter or on our website. Contact Anna Vassallo at JPP for more details and a media pack or phone 0203 859 7100.
