Put an end to over-zealous fining in London
After cyclist Kristian Gregory posted helmet-cam footage of himself being fined for straying from a sub-standard cycle track, the Met Police say they will ease off 'over-zealous' enforcement on this spot. However, Kristian still faces a possible fine, as do many others fined for similar 'offences'.

Goodwill reiterates footway cycling guidance
National media has become very excited about Cycling Minister Robert Goodwill's affirmation that police should not fine cyclists on the pavement if they are there through a fear of traffic. However, CTC believes that it is better to improve road conditions for cyclists and offer cycle training.
