About us
TROG (Tunstall & Rendlesham Off-Road Group) is a friendly and inclusive MTB club, and home to the Viking Trail, a red-graded but wholesome 10-mile loop of single track through Tunstall Forest, tirelessly maintained by TROG members. We organise regular group rides and trail building sessions (the more the merrier!) and even the odd excursion outside of Suffolk!
