About The Group

Dedicated to the simple pursuit of cycle-touring and sociable cycling activities, on and off-road, in the pleasant countryside of. Dumfries and Galloway. Until 2003 we were an independent club affiliated to the CTC. We are now a CTC Local Members Group

Cycle-touring advice can be provided by our local Members, or contact Dumfries & Galloway Visit Scotland

We also have an interest in Campaigning, locally and through contacts with other campaigning groups such as Spokes and Cycling Dumfries. Dumfries and Galloway GoSmart.


If you would like to be a Ride Leader, or a volunteer, perhaps with particular skills, please let us know how you can help

Information about the group rides: 

Mid-week Rides' List Jan 2017 – June 2017

New Mid-Week Rides List. We welcome all cyclists on our rides. In Winter(shorter days), ensure that you judge your own equipment needs, including provision of lights if required, suitable clothing and food.

Please contact the ride leader to check route and logistics. Please check start times as these can vary, depending on the length on the route.
